Pop Dennis Award

The Pop Dennis Scholarship is both an award and financial scholarship of $200 given each year to a Senior who most displays the character attributes that Pop Dennis stood for. Pop was a long-time volunteer who served the program with an ALL IN attitude, someone who put his heart and soul into the program without seeking any recognition or even a thank you for the hard work he put in. The person who has earned this award truly holds up as a great example of how WE is more important than ME.  They are and has always been a team first program player.  And has been a phenomenal teammate and friend to all of those on the team. They are someone who worked their rear off in the weight-room and strived to achieve their full potential at every step of the way. When we talk about being able to look at the man in the mirror – I have no doubt this person will like what they see b/c they did everything they could to make themselves and their teammates better.
